UNIQUE BIRTH

In the epic saga of Ramayana , Lord Hanuman (the mighty monkey God) was on a mission to find Goddess Sita who had been kidnapped by the demon king Ravana. After setting Lanka ablaze with his tail , Lord Hanuman jumped into the ocean to cool off. During this act , a drop of sweat fell into the sea and was swallowed by a giant fish known as Makara.

This unusual event led to the birth of Makardhwaj, a powerful being with divine strength inherited from his father, Hanuman.
Raised in the depths of the ocean,Makardhwaj was destined for greatness.

GUARDIAN OF THE UNDERWORLD

As Makardhwaj grew up he was discovered by the demon king Ahiravana(the demon king of paatal) ,the netherworld . Recognizing his strength Ahiravana made him the guardian of paatal's gate. This role made him a formidable protector of underworld, showcasing incredible power and responsibility.

ENCOUNTER BETWEEN MAKARDHWAJ AND HANUMAN

Now during the battle between Lord Rama ( 7 th incarnation of Lord vishnu) and Ravana the demon king , the demon tried to seek help from Ahiravana by instructing them to kidnap both rama and his brother Lakshman. As instructed he kidnapped both and took them to pataal lok.
Then Lord Hanuman took the charge of  bringing both rama and Lakshma back from paatal lok.
